Is a car necessary?

A car is recommended to explore the Big Island and its many beaches, coffee farms, and volcanoes. The Keauhou Shopping Center with groceries, restaurants, and shops is just a short drive from the resort.

What is the check-in / check-out process?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We provide digital access codes and a detailed welcome guide before your arrival so you can go straight to the unit without waiting.

Is the property air conditioned?

Yes, both units have full air conditioning throughout. Many older Kona condos don't have AC, but both of our units are fully air-conditioned throughout.

Can we see whales from the unit?

Absolutely. Whale season runs from December through April, and humpback whales are regularly spotted breaching from both units' lanais. It's one of the most-mentioned highlights in our reviews.

What's the cancellation policy?
